Primarily based in Milton Keynes, Isis Builders have built a reputation for excellent design and for building quality homes throughout the Home Counties.
Having been a Director of a number of successful development companies Michael O’Shea used his knowledge and experience to form Isis to develop small specialist schemes of between one and six units.
These schemes maximise the development potential of a site and to be able to take the site through the difficult process of planning and ultimately the development process. He recognises the importance of developing sustainable homes and indeed in 1984 was one of the first developers to construct for his own needs a highly insulated, timber framed Scandinavian house with triple glazing and Passive Solar Gain.

Michael has considerable experience in working with landowners, local authorities and other stakeholders to always endeavour to achieve the best possible planning result. His experience includes developing on both Green and Brownfield sites as well as resolving complex land, planning and technical issues. Potential land is the lifeblood of any development company and he is always keen to acquire and promote potential development land.
